The 6th annual DaisyDee's Christmas Art and Craft Show will be held on December 4, 2010 from 10am to 4pm at Cross Country Campground Recreation Center located off Hwy 150 in Denver.

**Accepted Commercial Vendors – Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Tupperware, etc. Commercial Vendors Must Not Be In Competition With Current Vendors Making Hand-Made Items. No Commercial Jewelry or Handbags Allowed. Space Is Limited - Please Call.

I will not hold DaisyDee Art Studio or Cross Country Campground liable for any losses or injuries due to attending or participating in this event. I will also be responsible for damages done to Cross Country Campground due to my own negligence.

I understand that DaisyDee Art Studio has the right to sell my booth if I'm not present by 10am the day of the show. I understand that it is my reasonability to call DaisyDee Art Studio if I can not make it to the show or can not be there by 10am.

You will be notified by email if your submission is accepted. DaisyDee reserves the right to reject any submissions.
